Does my insurance cover this type of testing?

We take Medicare Assignment and are contracted with most insurance companies. If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage, please contact our front office.

What will my co-pay be?

You can find this out by looking at your insurance card or policy for the specialist co-pay amount. 

Do I have to pay a co-pay for every visit?

Yes

Can I come in when I am menstruating?

If you are not having a heavy flow and are comfortable coming in, you are welcome to come to your appointment while menstruating. If you are uncomfortable or have a heavy flow, please reschedule your appointment to a time when you will not be menstruating. If you are coming in for urodynamic testing, please wear a tampon.

Can I take my medications?

If you are taking medication for your bladder, please contact our office. All other medications are okay to take before your appointment.

Should I douche before my visit?

No

Do I need to take an enema?

No
